About “Vesnit Complete”(combination of Topramezone & Atrazine)
Vesnit Complete is an innovative combination of Topramezone & Atrazine, two different modes of action and an inbuilt adjuvant which makes it unique in effectively controlling grasses & broadleaf weeds for a longer duration. Vesnit Complete also offers excellent safety to Sugarcane crops along with ease of application. In addition to Sugarcane, Vesnit Complete is equally effective for controlling grasses & broadleaf weeds in cornfields.
Active Ingredients : Topramezone & Atrazine
a. Topramezone
Topramezone Structure
- Topramezone will be applied post-emergence to field corn, sweet corn and popcorn through ground or aerial application equipment. Topramezone has herbicidal activity against broadleaf weeds and grasses
- IUPAC:4-[3-(4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazol-3-yl)-2-methyl-4-methylsulfonylbenzoyl]-2-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-one

b. Atrazine
- Atrazine is an herbicide that does not occur naturally. Pure atrazine is an odorless, white powder that is not very volatile, reactive, or flammable and that will dissolve in water.
