Abstract: A kind of effective composition 2,2,3,3-Tetramethylcycloprop-ne-ne carboxylic acid alpha-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl ester and O, miticide composition of S-dimethyl N-acetyl group thiophosphate of containing. The composition contains effective constituent A and B at a mass ratio of 20:1-1: 20. Effective constituent A is any one of fosthiazate, avermectin, furfural, dazomet, fluopyram, carbosulfan, metam-sodium, Verticillium chlamydosporium, emamectin benzoate, Paecilomyces lilacinus or fluensulfone. Effective constituent B is I or II. The nematocidal composition of the present invention is used for killing plant parasite nematode, including Meloidogyne incognita, Ditylenchus, Heterodera, Pratylenchus and Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The nematocidal composition of the present invention is made up of new nematocide containing lactonic ring and existing insecticide and bactericide, so that it has good nematocidal activity, less toxicity to people and animals. The nematocidal composition of the present invention has good control efficiency on worm egg and second-stage juvenile of Meloidogyne incognita.
