Decision:
The RC deliberated on the agenda and approved the grant of registration for import of Inpyrfluxam Technical 95% w/w min. under Section 9(3) TI. The product is manufactured and supplied by Sumitomo Chemical Company Ltd., 2-7-1 Nihonbashi, Chuo-Ku, Tokyo, Japan. The product has no expiry of registration in the source country. - Application for Indigenous Manufacture of Inpyrfluxam 6% + Tebuconazole 20% SC under Section 9(3) FIM
Decision:
The RC approved the grant of registration for indigenous manufacture of Inpyrfluxam 6% + Tebuconazole 20% SC under Section 9(3) FIM for the control of Sheath blight and Leaf blast in Rice, subject to MRL fixation.
2. Syngenta India Ltd.
- Application for Indigenous Manufacture of Pretilachlor 30.2% + Florpyrauxifen Benzyl 1.01% EW under Section 9(3) FIM
Decision:
The RC approved the grant of registration for indigenous manufacture of Pretilachlor 30.2% + Florpyrauxifen Benzyl 1.01% EW under Section 9(3) FIM for controlling weeds including Echinochloa colona, Echinochloa crusgalli, Leptochloa chinensis, Cyperus difformis, Cyperus rotundus, Cyperus iria, Monochoria vaginalis, Ludwigia parviflora, and Eclipta alba in transplanted rice crops.
3. Bayer Crop Science Ltd.
- Application for Formulation Import of Triafamone 18.52% SC under Section 9(3) FI
Decision: The RC approved the grant of registration for formulation import of Triafamone 18.52% SC under Section 9(3) FI for control of weeds in transplanted rice – Echinochloa colona, Echinochloa crusgalli, Cyperus difformis, Eclipta alba, Dinebra retroflexa, direct seeded rice – Echinochloa colona, Echinochloa crusgalli, Cyperus difformis, Eclipta alba, Sphenoclea zeylanic and a cautionary statement shall be included on the label and leaflet: “This product is moderately toxic to aquatic organisms, freshwater fish, and honey bees with long-lasting effects. Avoid application near aquaculture and during active foraging by bees.”
