The major updates – CIBRC approval in the various category of 9(3) and 9(4)

Under section 9(3) approvals are as follows

• Syngenta India has got two approvals in 9(3) Export category for – Chlorantraniliprole & Thiamethoxam.

• ADAMA India has got one approval on 9(3) TI category for Imazethapyr Technical

• PI Industries has got three approvals in 9(3) TI (1 Approval), 9(3) FI (1 Approval) and 9(3) Export (1 Approval) category for

  • • • • Dinotefuran Technical
        • Pheromones PB Rope L (Gossyplure) and
        • Dimethoate, respectively

• UPL has got four approval in 9(3) FIM (1 Approval), 9(3) TIM vs TIT (1 Approval) and  9(3) Export  (2 Approval) category for

  • • • • Pendimethalin 38.4% + Pyrazosulfuron ethyl 0.85%
        • Metolachlor Technical 97.0% w/w min
        • Bifenazate 240 g/L
        • Mancozeb 69.7% + Cyazofamid 5.3%,respectively

• Willowood has got one approval in 9(3) TI vs TIM category for Pretilachlor Technical

• HIL (India) has got one approval in 9(3) FIM category for Alpha cypermethrin

• Bharat Crop Chemicals has got six approvals in 9(3) Export category for –

  • • 2,4-D Ethyl Ester 38%
    • Permethrin 50%
    • Profenofos 40% + Cypermethrin 4%
    • Profenofos 50% + Cypermethrin 5%
    • Profenofos 60% + Lambda-cyhalothrin 4.8%
    • Thiamethoxam 30%
